#50 - "Vade"

Written by MassiveDumps4u
Vadim "Vade" Gubin -Slayer (#TIC) - TIC Gaming
Vade is one of Call of Duty ghosts up and coming great players looking to go from AM status to pro. Other AMs call him vade but his peers call him a God. He is the type of player to not care about his own stats his goal is to win. Vade placed top 16 in one of the hardest brackets at his first major LAN, MLG Anaheim. What separates vade from every other AM is he can use any gun in the game an be a god with it. Vades strongest gamemodes are blitz and domination. He wasnnt a very good search and destroy player leading up into anaheim but with my help and one of his good friends wantmyar we were able to help him become a great Search and destroy player. Vade will continue to build off his strong performance at UMG Dallas where his goal is to win.

#49 - "BennyCentral"

Written by TYTsBarmyArmy
Introducing Ben "BennyCentral" Perkins, the man, the myth, the legend.
The man - BennyCentral is best known for his popular youtube channel where he has amassed around 67k subscribers. Benny is a hugely popular member of the Lightning Pandas and in his spare time he likes to wear hats in unusual manners.
The myth - One day he will clutch.
Competitive history - Benny began his competitive career when he entered EGL 11 (late Black Ops 2 event) with three other youtubers in the imaginatively named Team YouTube. With limited practise (league play and a few GB's etc.) the four rookies managed to place T24 but more importantly they developed a love for competitive Call of Duty. The team consisting of FearCrads, Qwikerthanu and Insomulus as well as Benny moved into Ghosts and quickly improved. They qualified for CoD Champs regional qualifiers and were just one game away from qualifying for the main event but lost to a strong Orbit team. Insomulus left the team and retired after regionals and that paved the way for the greatest partnership since Kevin Phillips and Niall Quinn as veteran ShAne joined forces with the remaining TYT members under the fantastic banner of The Lightning Pandas! This was exactly what the rookies needed and their game has come on nicely since then, especially Benny’s. The team has had a mixed bag of results on LAN having finished T12 at i51, T24 at EGL12 and then going to MLG Anaheim without any practise for 3 weeks and finishing T16 in the Open Bracket, narrowly losing to Rise after almost pulling one of the comebacks of the tournament when they went from being 53 points down at half time on Octane Dom to losing by just 3! Unfortunately I do not have stats for these events, however Benny apparently had a really good event at Anaheim. LP also finished mid table in the Gfinity Pro League and Benny averaged a 1.03 K/D playing on a poor connection which is impressive given the calibre of teams in the league.
The legend - BennyCentral is affectionately known amongst casters and fans as ‘ChokeCentral’ because he literally NEVER clutches. Seriously this guy chokes more than Darth Vader eating grapes. Jokes aside though Benny is a rising star within the European community: he possesses the raw gun skill to develop into a top player as well as a hunger to learn and desire to win. Teaming with ShAne has helped him develop his game and he is now more comfortable in his favoured AR role as well as pulling out the Vector when required. One might say that he is quite a versatile player. He is unselfish, a strong communicator and provides hype whenever needed and all these qualities endear him to the Pandas faithful.

#48 - "Classic"

Written by oTc_DragonZ
Age: 22
Started Competing: CoD: Black Ops 2
Role: Support
Current Team: Radius Gaming
Past Teams: FaZe Red, FaZe
Nicholas "Classic" Costanzo is fairly new to the pro scene, breaking into it right before CoD: Ghosts. I could not find much about him before being recruited to FaZe, but he started playing CoD competitively during CoD 4 on GameBattles. His IRL friend, known as Replays, recruited him to play on FaZe with Replays, SpaceLy, and Huhdle. He was given the nickname "Nick From Down the Street" because he was close friends with Replays. People did not think picking up a no-name was a good idea, but he soon proved he was a fairly strong player.
He played solidly at the MLG Fall Championship, his first LAN with FaZe. His team did not place well at MLG Columbus, and while his team did okay for the next few events, Classic was widely criticized for being inconsistent. His team placed 7-8th at UMG Philly, and then 6th at CoD Champs 2014, where he didn't show up when needed most. FaZe split into FaZe Red and Black after Anaheim, and he was placed on Red with the current FaZe roster of Replays, JKap, Classic, and Proofy. Proofy left to OpTic and they picked Theory put soon after. They placed out of the top 8 at UGC Niagara at 12th place.
Many people considered dropping him a good idea, but Replays valued their friendship greatly (i applaud Replays). He was supposed to take up the role of main slayer with the new squad of FaZe Red, but didn't have good slayer stats. When threats of being dropped actually surfaced, he played very well and more consistent than the veteran JKap at the MLG X-Games, finishing 7-8th. FaZe Red impressed many by defeating TCM and giving EG a harder time (than expected) at Anaheim. They then lost to Curse Black, but did not go down without a fight. Given, they did lost to the team that placed 4th and made a run through the loser's bracket. FaZe Red placed 9th, and IMO got screwed by seedings. Classic had the second highest K/D for his team at MLG Anaheim, with an impressive K/D of 1.11, surprising many people. He also had decent OBJ stats. In fact, he had the sixth highest K/D at Anaheim.
FaZe Red was disbanded soon after MLG Anaheim, and Classic landed on Blevdog's new team, Radius Gaming. The undecided roster consists of Classic and Saintt/Baroska, with the subs of Slacked, Huhdle, and SpaceLy. We will see if he can continue this consistency in the future.
I believe Classic has yet to hit his peak in his competitive career and should continue playing, even if he is out of Season 4. IMO, he is underrated and just needs some direction from a veteran to grow as a player.

#47- "Wheats"

Written by oDapz
Pre Ghosts
Jamal "Whea7s" Lee is currently a member of Rise Nation he first entered the scene in Call Of duty 4 Modern Warfare being apart of IXI where he found sucess the sucess followed his into Modern Warfare 2. Whea7s toke a break from competeing when the Pro Circuit switched to Playstation 3. His break lasted till Black ops 2 where he was able to get on Team FeaR for UMG Dallas with 2 of his current teammates Loony and Pacman. Whea7s was able to secure a Top 6 placing at Dallas.
Whea7s later joined Team Fuse for Call Of Duty Ghosts Placing Top 16 at UMG Philly. Whea7s them left/was dropped from fuse and Joined Rise Nation with two of his former teammates he teamed with back in Black Ops 2. Those teammates Pacman and Loony who he had placed Top 6 at UMG Dallas. He was then looking to make i to qualify for Call Of Duty Champs 2014 at the NA Regional Qualifer. Whea7s found much sucess with his team at the qualifer defeating Curse LV and Team JustUs to secure his spot in Call Of Duty Champs 2014. Whea7s went on to Place 7th at the tournament beating teams such as Vitality Rises and TCM Gaming. Whea7s Played decently throught the tournament having a 1.01 overall K/D Ratio and a 1.08 K/D Ratio in Blitz. Whea7s and his team failed to qualify for the MLG CoD League Season 2 with his team. Whea7s stuck with his team and was able to secure 2nd place at MLG Anaheim Open Bracket falling to OpTic Nation. By placing T4 at Anaheim he got himself a spot in the Season 3 CoD League and so far has found sucess with his team are currently 4-0 in the league. Whea7s having a .99 K/D Ratio so far and averages 21 kills per respawn. Whea7s is looking to place Top 6 in the league and qualify for the S3 playoffs for $75,000.

#46 - "Fighta"

Written by Adamf3690
A lot of people reading this may not know who Fighta is but in my opinion he is the most under-rated played in the game. Lincoln 'Fighta' Ferguson is a player for the most successful Australian COD team of all time - Team Immunity.
He is widely considered to be the best Australian player in the game and this is mainly due to his explosive play-style. He always has the capacity to drop insane numbers on respawn. This is shown in the recent ACL Brisbane event where he had an average of 28 kills/R. I consider him to be in the top-tier of players and I'm sure anyone who keeps a close eye on the AUS COD scene rates him highly too. He has not had nearly as much exposure as he deserves based on the fact that he has been too young to attend the past COD Champs events. We would've had the chance to see him compete at MLG Anaheim 2014 but due to the increased costs of travel Immunity could not afford to send their team.
Fighta had an amazing event at ACL Brisbane, Finishing the event with a K/D of 1.17. It would have been higher but he was let down by one or two disappointing maps. His outstanding performance managed to get his squad the 1st place finish. Fight is the traditional 'young gun' and he has really excelled in ghosts, the current iM roster has been teaming together for over 19 months now. This chemistry together has meant great success for him and his team mates. Solidifying their place as the best call of duty team in Australia.
It's unfortunate that many US and EU fans have not been able to see him on a grand stage yet but I urge you to tune into the upcoming ACL Sydney event if you can find the time. Fighta plans to attend next years COD Champs if everything keeps going well. Remember the name because this player will make a splash.
Thanks to @iM_Fighta and @Doctor_Curry for helping me out a bit with this.

#45 - "Assass1n"

Written by TheChieff
Robert "Assass1n" Walsh is very much a founding father of competitive Call of Duty, having been competing since COD3 – widely considered to be the best player in a somewhat poor game. Assass1n continued to assert his dominance throughout COD4, having established himself as a long-term player for team Fear, alongside captain Moho. Assass1n was a key member of the Fear team that won the first ever Call of Duty MLG Championship in 2008.
Assass1n played for Team Fear throughout the COD4 and Black Ops 1 season enjoying plenty of success:
  • A 2nd place finish at Anaheim, which included this filthy 1v4 vs OpTic Gaming – which solidified his reputation as ‘Captain Clutch’.
  • Assass1n went on to win MLG Raleigh which included yet another impressive clutch, this time a 1v3 in overtime
  • Before finishing a disappointing 8th at the BO1 National Championships despite an all-star lineup including: Phizzurp, John and Twizz.
Assass1n had an up & down career throughout Black Ops 2, the highlight being a 5th place finish at the World Championships with Fear, before seeing less success with Quantic. Assass1n took a 6 month hiatus from Ghosts, but is active once more.
Officially on the Fear roster with Moho and looking for two, with recent news that Fear would only be returning in Advanced Warfare, Assass1n re-ignited the fire that he once had and teamed up with controversial Ghosts breakout player Stun, with XGN. Recently this lineup has split, leaving Assass1n & Stun looking for two before UMG Dallas.
Very much a professional player – not in terms of recent placements but in the way he carries himself and acts within the community – rarely one to get involved in Twitter drama, very loyal and never seen to trash-talk, Assass1n is mature, and a player worthy of respect for what he has done within the community. An Assault Rifle has been his signature weapon, and he has rarely swayed away from this position – whilst Assass1n is alive in SnD, you would be foolish to back against his team winning the round.
